Every journey begins with a single step. A single choice to have a little faith. A single decision to step out of that zone of comfort. A single moment to take a risk. A single wish to pursue something new. And a single hope that at some point along the way you might make a difference in this world. Here begins that journey, that choice, that decision, that moment, that wish, and that hope for me.
My name is Anna Mundy, and I’ve always loved to write! A few years back I felt a glittering spark in my heart to use my writing to encourage others. That spark has since developed into a passion for encouraging women to live life as more by finding purpose in Jesus Christ.
What I’m so grateful for on this journey called life is that Jesus meets us right where we are. As women, we want to portray ourselves as confident, as prepared, as polished and as perfect as we can possibly be. We don’t want the world to see our flaws, our chaos, and our mess. Because let’s just be honest! It’s there for every single one of us! And although it might sometimes be hidden behind our beautiful clothes, our carefully painted makeup, our polished homes, and our sweet words, eventually it will poke its ugly face out from behind the mask. Sister, this is real life, and real life is messy. We don’t have it all together…ever! But Jesus in His amazing grace meets us right here, right now, exactly where we are. And He can turn that mess into a beautiful one.
He just wants us to believe! Do you believe that He can turn your anxiety and confusion into unwavering faith? Your trials into blessings? Your weakness into His strength? Your pain into purpose? And your mess into a beautiful testimony of His goodness? I do!
